Orders - When I read your order back to you & you do not change it at that time, you implicitly agree to that order being correct.
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. All prices on this web site are expressed in US dollars. Use of this site indicates that you understand the site's legal information. Not responsible for any typos. All information and prices should be verified prior to final transactions.
Credit Cards - Visa & MasterCard accepted.
Prepayment - Money Orders, PayPal, bank, company or personal checks accepted (checks usually require two weeks to clear).
Shipping: The regular carriers are UPS & FedEx. Other carriers are available upon request or as determined by me.
Warranty: manufacturers' warranties are offered on many products I sell. Warranty period depends on specific product.
Trademarks: all trademarks referenced are the service marks or trademarks of their respective owners.
Returns: Spectrum Products will accept returns of items within thirty days from the original purchase date subject to the terms and conditions below. Certain restrictions apply to the products listed below.
(Electrical and battery operated equipment and parts orders are non-returnable). All returned items and refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and any cost to bring the item up to as-new condition. Notwithstanding anything contained in your Visa/MasterCard Cardholder Agreement to the contrary, written notice of rejection of any of the equipment or supplies must be received by facsimile transmission (607) 729-4761, email nijhowne@juno.com or in writing within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery and if not received, no charge-backs or returns will be accepted.

AS-NEW MERCHANDISE: (OTHER THAN ELECTRICAL OR BATTERY OPERATED)
Products for which the original manufacturer's packaging has been opened may be returned (parts orders are non-returnable) to Spectrum only if accompanied by a return merchandise authorization (RMA#), with the original invoice within 30 days of invoice date for a refund of the purchase price less shipping. Returned products must be in as-new condition, including box and all other original packaging, manuals and accessories.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing, all electrical or battery operated products sold through or by me are strictly non-returnable. The only time a product may be returned is if you receive it DOA (Defective). You must notify me within forty-eight hours of receiving a DOA to receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#). Spectrum will arrange to pick up the repackaged defective item via a shipping carrier. Following receipt and inspection Spectrum will ship a replacement item to you, the original customer, at no charge via ground transportation unless otherwise requested where additional shipping charges will apply. Returned products must be in as-new condition, with warranty seal intact, including box, manuals, accessories and all other original packaging. Requests received after forty-eight hours from receipt fall under the warranty terms and conditions for the specific products. After forty-eight hours the product must be returned to Spectrum. One should telephone the following number to receive a return authorization number and return shipping information. (607)729-4761.
I do not have loaner/ rental equipment available. If the requested return adheres to the return policies outlined above, I shall issue a return authorization number and provide further instructions for returning the items. The return authorization number must be included on the packing label for any returned item. Return authorization numbers are valid for fourteen days and are non-renewable.
Please package the product to be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure for value, unless the return involves a defective product as determined by me and arrangements for pickup have been made.
Please note, any unauthorized returns to Spectrum become the sole property of Spectrum, and Spectrum is not obliged to provide a refund or replacement for such returned items.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
It is hereby agreed and understood that any dispute, difference or disagreement of any kind whatsoever, whether statutary or contractual, which arises from the services/products provided or relates in any way to the general business relationship of the parties to this agreement, shall be, as the sole available remedy, resolved through mediation or binding arbitration, rather than litigation. Any such mediation or arbitration shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and conducted in accordance with the Rules of Mediation and Arbitration.
